Privacy Policy — PlasterFlow

PlasterFlow ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Account & Authentication

• Email address (required for login via Supabase Auth)
• Password (hashed, never stored in plain text)

Job & Business Data

• Site visits, quotes, invoices, customer names, addresses, job descriptions
• Materials lists, pricing, and cost estimates
• Photos & images you upload for jobs

Location Data

• Device location (GPS) — only on the native app, used for weather forecasting at job sites
• You can disable GPS in your device settings at any time
• The app falls back to your saved area (postcode) if GPS is unavailable or disabled

Automatically Collected

• Device type, OS version (for app crash reporting)
• Usage patterns (which features you use) for app improvements
• Timestamp data (when you create/update jobs)

How We Use Your Data

• App functionality: manage jobs, generate quotes, send PDFs to customers
• Improvement: identify bugs, understand feature usage, improve performance
• Payment: Stripe processes subscription payments (see Stripe's privacy policy)
• Communication: email confirmations for password resets, quote sends

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share your job/customer data with other users
• Use your data for marketing without consent

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with:

• End-to-end encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Row-level security (RLS) — only you can access your own data
• Regular backups

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Your Rights

You can:

• Export all your data (app feature: Records → Export)
• Delete your account and all associated data (Settings → Delete Account)
• Disable location sharing (device settings)
• Opt out of analytics (app settings)

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: database & authentication (privacy policy)
• Stripe: payment processing (privacy policy)
• Vercel: web hosting (privacy policy)
