PlasterFlow  /  Terms of service

Terms of service

The short version: £9.99 a month, cancel any time, your data is yours and exports whenever you like. The app helps you price and run jobs — but the price you give a customer is your price and your responsibility, not ours.

Last updated 8 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us for your use of PlasterFlow. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you don't, don't use it.

Who we are. PlasterFlow is provided by Plaster and Rendering Solutions Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 09075271 (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@plasterflow.com.

1. What PlasterFlow is

PlasterFlow is job-management software for plastering and rendering businesses: site visits, scopes of works, estimates, quotes, materials, invoices and job records, available as an iPhone app, a Mac app and a web app.

It is a tool for a business, sold business-to-business. It is not accounting software, it is not legal or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for your own judgement about a job.

2. Your account

3. Free trial

New accounts get 14 days free, with no card taken up front. You can use everything during that time. At the end of the trial the account becomes read-only until you subscribe — your jobs, quotes and invoices stay exactly where they are, and nothing is deleted. You will never be charged without choosing to subscribe first.

PlasterFlow is actively developed and features change and improve as it goes. We would rather say that plainly than have you find out.

4. Subscription, payment and cancelling

5. Your data is yours

6. Estimates, prices and the scope of works — read this one

PlasterFlow calculates areas, material quantities and totals, and it drafts scopes of works from the system you choose. These are aids to your own estimating. They are produced from the measurements, rates, coverage figures and prices you put in or accept.

7. Weather information

The weather card, the rendering verdict, the curing window, the radar and the rain warnings are guidance built on third-party forecast data. The app says so on the card itself: it's a guide, and it's your call on the day.

Forecasts are wrong sometimes. We are not liable for work carried out, postponed or damaged on the strength of what the app showed you. You are the tradesperson; the decision to render is yours.

8. What you must not do

9. Our intellectual property

The app, its design, its content, the PlasterFlow name and its branding are ours or our licensors'. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your own business while your subscription is active. Product names and logos of render manufacturers belong to those manufacturers and are used to identify their systems.

10. Availability

We aim to keep PlasterFlow available and working, and it's designed to keep working on site with no signal. We don't promise uninterrupted service: hosting, app stores, forecast providers and payment providers can all have bad days, and we sometimes need to take things down to fix or improve them. Where we can give notice of planned downtime, we will.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and because this is a business-to-business service:

12. Ending it

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always here, with the date at the top. If a change materially affects you we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept it.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
